1. General Provisions

1.1 Welcome to YUKI Tools (hereinafter "this application"). Please read this agreement carefully before using this application.

1.2 By using this application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted all terms of this agreement, and you enter into an agreement with this application.

1.3 This application may revise this agreement from time to time as needed, and the revised agreement takes effect upon publication.

2. Services

2.1 This application provides enterprise management, data analysis, business processing and related services.

2.2 This application reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate some or all services at any time.

2.3 You understand that this application only provides the related network services; devices and any costs required in connection with those services are your responsibility.

3. User Accounts

3.1 You need to register an account before using the services. You are responsible for the security of your account and password.

3.2 You may not transfer, lend or otherwise make your account available to others.

3.3 If you discover that your account has been misappropriated or there is a security vulnerability, you should notify this application immediately.

4. User Conduct

4.1 When using the services, you must comply with national laws and regulations and must not use this application for illegal or non-compliant activities.

4.2 You must not interfere with the normal operation of this application or intrude into this application or national computer information systems.

4.3 You must not disseminate illegal, harmful or harassing content, or content that infringes others' privacy.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content of this application, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, programs and page designs, is protected by intellectual property laws and regulations.

5.2 Without the written permission of this application, no one may use, copy, modify or distribute any content of this application.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 This application is not liable for service interruptions or other defects caused by network conditions, communication lines or any other technical reasons.

6.2 This application assumes no liability for any loss incurred by users through use of this application.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 The formation, performance and interpretation of this agreement, and the resolution of disputes, shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

7.2 If any provision of this agreement is held wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding.
